• Prices are in Indian rupees (Rs.) and include GST.
• We try to show every product, picture, size and price correctly. Colours and sizes of handmade items can differ a little from the picture.
• Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may contact you before packing your order and you can choose to continue or cancel.

When you place an order on the website, you send us a request to buy. Your order is confirmed when we accept it. We may call or message you on the mobile number you gave to confirm it, so please give a correct number and address.

We may cancel or hold an order if an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your pincode, we cannot reach you, or the details look wrong. We will tell you if this happens.

At the moment we accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay when the parcel is delivered. Cash on Delivery is available only for pincodes where we offer it, and the website tells you this when you type your pincode. Online payment may be added later.

• We deliver only to the pincodes shown as available at checkout.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Any time we tell you is an estimate, not a promise.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, tell us at once.
• If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel is refused, we may cancel the order.

If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or something is missing, please contact us as soon as you can, by phone or WhatsApp, with your order number and clear photos. We will look into it and do our best to put it right.

• A coupon works only if it is switched on, has not ended, has uses left and your order meets its minimum amount.
• A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change or stop a coupon at any time. Orders already placed keep the discount they received.
• We may refuse a coupon that is being misused.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. Please give true information. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Reviews should be honest and respectful, and should be about the product. We may remove a review that is rude, false or not related to the product.

Please do not misuse the website, try to break into it, or collect its content in bulk. The pictures, text and design on this website belong to SAMPRADAYAM VAIDIKA POOJA STORE and may not be copied without our permission.
