Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order and to run your account:

• Your name, mobile number and delivery address (house, street, city, district, state and pincode).
• Your email address, if you give it. It is optional when you place an order.
• What you order, the coupon you use and the status of your order.
• Your account details if you create an account: your name, mobile number and email, and a password that we store only in a scrambled form that nobody can read.
• Reviews you write on a product, with the name you give.

We do not collect your card or bank details. At the moment orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us your name, your email address and a Google account ID so that we can create or find your account on our website.

We never see your Google password. We do not ask to read your emails, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account. We use the Google details only to sign you in and manage your account here.

Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to call or message you about it.
• To show your past orders and saved addresses when you are signed in.
• To answer your questions and help you when you contact us.
• To keep our records, such as invoices and GST records, as the law requires.
• To keep the website safe, for example by limiting repeated failed sign-in attempts.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Only our team can see your orders and details. We share the details needed for delivery (your name, phone number and address) with the courier or delivery partner that carries your parcel.

Our website and its database are kept with our hosting company, Hostinger, which stores the data for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what the website needs to work:

• Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser, on your phone or computer.
• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in after you log in. It lasts up to 30 days or until you log out.
• Short-lived cookies are used for a few minutes while you sign in with Google, so that the sign-in is safe.

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. Your cart will then be empty and you will need to sign in again.

Passwords are stored in a scrambled form. Sign-in and checkout run over a secure connection. Only authorised people can open the admin area, and it is protected by a login. No website can promise perfect security, but we take care to protect your information.

We keep your account details while your account is active. We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, support, and our tax and accounting records.

You can see and change your name, mobile number and addresses after you sign in to your account. You can also ask us to correct your information, or to delete your account and details, by calling or messaging us. We may need to keep some order and tax records as the law requires.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
